Breakfast included a delightful range of freshly brewed coffee and local pastries, which fueled each workday perfectly. Overall, the ambiance of the hotel was conducive to both work and relaxation.

The service was top-notch, just like I expect. Every staff member showed genuine care, even surprising us with a birthday cake during breakfast, it really made the stay special! Oh, and the views from our room were, simply put, breathtaking.

I regret to say that our stay was disappointing. The room was uncomfortably hot, and we were provided no solutions for cooling despite our requests. The breakfast offered was of poor quality, lacking variety and taste, making our mornings less enjoyable. Additionally, we encountered issues with room service delays that left us frustrated.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its stunning views and attentive staff. however, the indoor pool area could have used more cleanliness. It was great to have modern amenities, but the pricing for bottled water felt excessive considering the overall cost of the stay. Definitely a place for luxury.

The room was really spacious and modern, with a cool split design. The bathroom felt fancy, especially with the Aqua di Parma toiletries. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring. Plus, the soundproofing was top-notch—no noise from outside, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed having a nice view of the mountains, too. Only downside was the spa dress code. it felt a bit awkward at times.
